| 英文摘要 | 浮游动物在海洋物质循环和能量传递中起着承上启下的作用，开展浮游动物摄食生态研究，对进一步了解浮游生物群落的营养结构及浮游动物在海洋生态系统中的作用有着重要意义。本研究于2011年5月份（春季）和8月份（夏季）在福建省东山湾海域，采用饵料差减法估算了桡足类对浮游植物和小型、微型浮游动物的摄食率，利用稀释法研究了小型、微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食率，运用放射性同位素标记法测定了微型浮游动物对异养细菌的摄食率。主要结果如下：1.东山湾叶绿素a、异养细菌以及小型、微型浮游动物数量分布。 5月份，东山湾叶绿素a为1.24~8.44μg/L，以Pico+Nano级浮游植物为主；异养细菌菌落数为(1.4~...; Zooplankton is an important component in the marine ecosystem which plays a connecting role in material cycle and energy transfer.
