英文摘要	独特的海洋环境中，存在着具有药用价值的新颖结构化合物。本研究选取了一种广泛分布的经济藻类—自养小球藻（Chlorellaautotrophica）为研究对象，优化提取其硫酸多糖，对所得粗产物分离纯化流程进行了研究。通过化学方法阐明了其化学组成及结构，并对其抑菌活性做了初步探讨。自养小球藻属于绿藻门（Chlorophyta）绿球藻目（Chlorococcales）卵囊藻科(Oocysteceae)小球藻属（Chlorella），是一种广泛分布的海洋微藻。在超声辅助提取法中，我们选用了0.01mol/L的HCl、纯水及4%NaOH为提取介质，在超声破碎10min，重复2次，超声功率300W，频率2...; There are novel structure compounds in unique ocean environment that would contribute to new medicines.
