英文摘要	大弹涂鱼（Boleophthalmuspectinirostris）为我国东南沿海重要的经济鱼类。我们在研究福建省东部沿海潮间带滩涂大弹涂鱼的生殖生态特征时发现，生殖期间大弹涂鱼生殖群体呈现出有规律的半月周期产卵现象。动物的周期性产卵是一种生理节律，这种生理节律主要受到环境因子的调节。影响动物周期性产卵的外界环境信息主要通过一定的途径（感受器）传入体内，调节动物的神经内分泌活动，从而引起动物的生殖行为。松果体是调控动物生理节律的器官，是传达外界信息（尤其是光照强度信息）到体内的主要生物传感器之一，其合成与释放褪黑激素具有明显的节律性。褪黑激素是光照信息同生殖系统协调关系中的重要激素信号，鱼类褪...; Mudskipper (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris) is one of the major aquaculture species in the southeast coast of China.
