| 英文摘要 | 锯缘青蟹Scyllaserrata(Forskål)是我国重要的经济蟹类。本实验采用组织学、免疫组织化学、电子显微镜观察、活体注射、器官离体培养等技术对精巢发育，促雄腺、大颚器和Y器的结构与功能，脑、胸神经团和眼柄神经节对性腺发育的调控作用，以及5种胺类在生殖调控过程的作用进行了研究，同时对锯缘青蟹生殖调控机制进行了探讨。主要结果如下： 1．锯缘青蟹精巢发育周期可以分为：生殖上皮期、精原细胞期、精母细胞期、精子细胞期、精子期和休止期等6个时期。在划分发育周期的基础上，生精小管直径和成熟节段比例可以反映精巢发育的过程，首次提出成熟节段比例可以作为精巢发育的表征指标。 2．...; Scylla serrata is a commercially important crab in southern China.
