| 英文摘要 | 海洋微藻硫酸多糖、海洋环肽以及海人草酸是三类不同的生物活性海洋天然产物。硫酸多糖具有显著的抗肿瘤和抗艾滋病的活性：海洋环肽具有很强的胞毒性，抗真菌、抗病毒以及酶抑制活性；海人草酸则是一种很强的神经兴奋剂。本论文分别对这三种海洋天然产物进行了不同程度的探索。1．海洋微藻硫酸多糖的分离、纯化：对海洋绿藻硫酸多糖分离、纯化的程序进行优化。海水小球藻（自养小球藻）的培养及硫酸多糖的分离、提取工艺已趋成熟。确定了利用超声破碎法以Na0H(4%)作为提取介质，结合3%TCA除蛋白、色素，并采用DEAESepharoseFastFlow柱层析进行纯化的工艺流程。2.海洋环肽研究：对于海洋环肤化合物的研究进展...; Marine microalgal sulfated polysacchazides, marine cyclic peptides and kainicacid are different marine natural products, which show different biaactivities.Sulfated polysaccharides have efficient anti-cancer and anti-virus bioactivities; cyclicpeptides show strong cytotoxic, antimicrobial, antifungal and enzyme inhibitoryactivities; kainic acid has been found a neurotoxin and powerful excitant.
