| 英文摘要 | 噬菌体是一类感染原核生物的病毒，在自然界中广泛分布，种类繁多。近年来，由于养殖业多采用高密度培养以及抗生素的滥用，导致大量耐药菌株出现，噬菌体作为一种更有效的治疗手段，正越来越受到关注。本文运用直接法在厦门港、演武大桥桥头排污口、厦门大学南大沟、芙蓉湖、珍珠湾等处进行采样，经菌悬液富集后，以双层琼脂平板法和液体纯化法分离纯化出2株大肠杆菌裂解性噬菌体EX01、EX02，进行宿主感染试验，测定了EX01低温保存的效价和一步繁殖曲线，并使用EX01分别处理生活污水，预处理养殖用水，处理养殖中期用水和青蟹暂养海水。其结果将为海水养殖病害防治提供资料，具有重要理论意义和应用价值。主要结果如下： 1、...; Bacteriophage is a kind of virus inflecting prokaryotes, which is widely distributed in the nature with wide varieties.
