英文摘要	高校艺术团作为中国高校校园文化传播的重要载体之一，在现今教育体制日趋完善的背景下，高校艺术团应当有一个正确的发展方向与健康的发展环境。本文旨在用实地调研并结合理论分析的方式，发掘福建省高校艺术团管理以及运作方面所出现的问题，通过分析给出意见。 通过对福建省八所大学的调研，能够得出，影响高校艺术团发展的因素有多种，比较重要的部分包括艺术团资金来源、管理方式、运作方式，除此之外还有一些不能忽略的因素包括大学地理位置、所在城市文化背景、学校属性、类型、级别等等。只有抓住任何一方面因素的研究，才能使得艺术团发展的研究是全面的。; As one of the main institutions to spread campus culture in colleges and universities, art troupes should have a healthy environment and move in a right direction against the backdrop of increasingly perfect educational system.
