| 英文摘要 | 本文以能反映建筑个性、传递建筑个性信息的“符号”及其相关理论作为研究的出发点。“符号”在建筑设计中能传承或代表着一个地区、一个空间的文化脉络，并是该地区独特环境风貌的重要载体和组成部分。因此，对于符号及相关理论的研究，不仅有利于对文化传承的研究，而且还能提升设计者的审美和认知水平。 大学校园空间相对于现代都市空间而言，有相对独立性或封闭性的特点，表现在建筑设计方面，就是各个时期的建筑在建设过程中有一个较为清晰完整的变化脉络。这种“清晰变化的脉络”对于“符号”的研究有着积极、准确的作用和意义。 本文以厦门大学校园内不同年代、不同时期建筑形式的变化为主要研究对象，以时间为线索，以建筑为内容，结...; This paper focuses on the symbol and its relating theories, which can reflect the characteristics and information of buildings.
