| 英文摘要 | 中华民族有着漫长的历史文化发展过程，其中人们在对美好生活的向往和渴求方面，形成了特定的吉祥观念，并积淀成为了一种文化现象。 在当前“越民族，越世界”的设计思潮影响下，创造出具有中国本民族特色的现代设计作品成为诸多设计师追逐的目标，本文拟从中国传统吉祥文化作为研究点，探究现代设计之如何追求传统与现代的统一，就是在创造出一种新的设计形式的过程中如何学习和借鉴中国传统吉祥文化中有益的成份，以体现出本民族的文化特色，这对传承和发扬中国传统文化具有很强的现实意义。 本文以实地调研的方式，并以相关文献为理论依据，首先对闽南地区传统民居中的吉祥文化元素进行研究，着重从风水、色彩、纹样、儒道释思想等分析...; China has a long history and culture development process, in which the people of the good life yearing and longing, it formed the specific auspicious concept and became a kind of culture phenomenon.
