| 英文摘要 | 目的：探讨验方五虫散治疗大鼠膝关节骨性关节炎的作用机制。证明验方五虫散对于膝关节的骨性关节炎具有治疗作用，治疗效果优于传统的西药治疗方法，并且验证验方五虫散可以促进软骨细胞的生成。方法：Wistar大鼠一共32只，雄性，180g±15g，随机分为正常组、模型组、验方五虫散药物组、布洛芬组。通过向大鼠膝关节的关节腔内注射4%的木瓜蛋白酶的方式造模，造模完成后，正常组与模型组灌服清水，布洛芬组灌服布洛芬颗粒水溶液，虫药组灌服验方五虫散与水配制成的混悬液，持续给药6周。治疗结束后，处死动物，提取实验标本，标本包括大鼠血清、大鼠膝关节腔内的关节液、大鼠膝关节软骨。对标本进行处理后保存，然后运用HE染色...; Purpose: To investigate the mechanism of the in rats with knee osteoarthritis.
