| 英文摘要 | 肝细胞癌是全球性的高致死率肿瘤之一，血管侵犯和转移是肝细胞癌患者术后易复发及5年生存率较低的重要原因，有效的抗转移策略无疑能给患者带来福音。因此，越来越多的研究致力于探讨肝细胞癌发生侵袭转移的分子机制，并希望通过找到某些关键分子来干预肿瘤的转移。 DHX32是人类RNA螺旋酶的家族成员之一，最早被发现是在急性淋巴细胞白血病中低表达并参与淋巴细胞的分化，但是它的生物学功能尚未明确。我们课题组前期通过差异基因显示技术发现DHX32在结直肠癌中表达上调，功能研究结果显示DHX32与结直肠癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭密切相关。DHX32在其他实体瘤中的表达水平及具体的作用机制仍未见报道，本课题前期实验结...; Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most lethal cancer globally.
