| 英文摘要 | 目的：1、观察膝关节交叉韧带股骨附着处的解剖形态学特点，并利用PhotoshopCC2014软件测量股骨附着处印迹的实际面积大小；2、研究标准膝关节侧位X线片上前交叉韧带（ACL）股骨止点的相关骨性标志数据，为临床上ACL双束解剖重建提供参考。 方法：对10例成人膝关节标本进行解剖，剔除膝关节标本周围肌肉、关节囊，把髌韧带从股骨端切断，保留髌骨、髌韧带、内外侧副韧带、前后交叉韧带及内外侧半月板，经髁间窝前出口最高点沿矢状面在股骨前面和后面作两条平行股骨纵轴的直线，用手锯沿两直线将股骨分为两部分，剔除含股骨内髁骨块部分、内侧副韧带及后交叉韧带，充分显露股骨外髁内侧面，ACL及其股骨止点清晰可见...; Objective: 1.To observe the anatomical characteristic of anterior cruciate ligament the attachment to the femoral, and use Photoshop CC2014 software to measure the femoral attachment’s size and area; 2.
