| 英文摘要 | 干眼（DryEye,DE）是一种伴有炎症的眼表面及泪液的多因素疾病，能够导致泪膜渗透压升高、稳定性下降及眼表面上皮损伤，最终引起患者眼部不适及视力下降。干眼的核心机制是由泪液渗透压升高及泪膜稳定性下降共同驱动的，而炎症则是干眼发病机制中的关键要素，任何刺激及破坏眼表面微环境平衡的因素，均可导致泪膜稳定性下降及眼表上皮细胞的非感染性炎症反应。事实上，干眼炎症可发生于任何程度的干眼中，既能作为病因，持续损伤泪腺及眼表上皮细胞、降低泪膜稳定性，又能够作为干眼的结果，加重干眼患者的症状及体征。在2007年国际干眼专题研究会（InternationalDryEyeWorkShop,DEWS），及2013...; Dry eye is a multifactorial disease of the tears and the ocular surface that results in symptoms such as ocular discomfort, visual disturbance, and tear film instability with potential damage to the ocular surface.
