| 英文摘要 | 目的：一氧化氮（NO）在骨折愈合的过程中发挥重要作用，有研究显示提高NO浓度有促进成骨作用，但尚无相关文献报道提高NO浓度是否能对骨折愈合产生影响。本实验通过使用NO载体类药物硝酸甘油，观察提高NO浓度对大鼠骨折愈合的影响。 方法：选取54只健康雌性SD大鼠，采用开放截骨骨折模型，造模成功后随机分为三组，A组为空白对照组、B组予硝酸甘油0.2mg/Kg/d涂抹5周（低剂量组）、C组予硝酸甘油1.2mg/Kg/d涂抹5周（高剂量组）。各组于术后2、5周行X线检查，对骨痂生长情况进行评估，并采用盲法进行骨折愈合评分。X线检查完毕后，每组随机处死6只大鼠行Micro-CT评估，检测参数包括：骨小梁...; Objective :NO plays an important role in the process of fracture healing.
