| 英文摘要 | 摘要 目的 在当前的临床器官移植中，由于各种免疫或非免疫的原因导致初次移植后移植物丧失其应有功能，进而造成需要再次器官移植的病例不断增多。但记忆性T细胞（Tm）的存在严重阻碍了再次移植后移植物的存活。如何提高再次移植术后移植物存活时间已成为器官移植领域中的热点。我们尝试在皮肤预致敏小鼠的二次心脏移植模型中，使用趋化因子RANTES单克隆抗体（Anti-RANTES）和FTY720的免疫抑制方案，减少Tm对移植物的浸润，延长移植物生存期，并探讨其中可能的机制。 方法 皮肤预致敏小鼠4周后行同种异体心脏移植，根据用药治疗情况分成四组，对照组（不给药）、Anti-RANTES组（2mg/kg...; ABSTRACT Objective In current clinical organ transplantation, there is a general tendency that primary graft may lose its original function due to some immune or non-immune factors.
