英文摘要	目的：研究采用大孔树脂富集的积雪草不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位对高脂血症动物降血脂和肝脏保护的作用，以及降脂机制的初步探索，并对各个提取物成分进行定量分析。方法：HPD-450型大孔树脂富集积雪草不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位；并采用液质连用的方法对各个提取物中的积雪草苷，羟基积雪草苷，积雪草酸和羟基积雪草酸进行定量分析；用急性模型对不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位的调血脂活性进行比较，筛选出活性部位，然后用饮食性模型探讨此部位的量效关系。活性部位筛选---KM小鼠腹腔注射TritonWR-1339建立急性高脂血症，同时灌胃不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位，16h后取血测定TC、TG，筛选活性部位；有效部位验证---叙利亚金黄地鼠随机...; Centella asiatica, a medicinal plant used in Chinese folk medicine to treat hyperlipidaemia, has yet not been elucidated in this respect by modern pharmacological technic.
