英文摘要	目的超声心动图技术是评价心脏功能的重要手段之一。本课题利用超声心动图技术研究心房颤动（房颤）患者射频消融术后左心房及左心耳重构及其功能变化。方法将42例发病时间为1--5年的阵发性心房颤动患者,分为2组:A组21例阵发性心房颤动术前组患者（40mm≤LA＜50mm）,平均年龄(55.59±13.43)岁;B组为阵发性心房颤动射频消融术后随访3个月的21例患者(40mm≤LA＜50mm),其中15例为窦性心律，6例复发，平均年龄(53.39±10.12)岁;C组为30例正常对照组,平均年龄(50.12±15.56)岁。分别采用经胸、食管超声心动图技术采集图像进行分析；获取左心房收缩末期、舒张末期...; Objective :Echocardiographic evaluation of cardiac function is one of the important means.To evaluate the characteristics of left atrial and left atrial appendage functional and structural variations in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation using echocardiography,and explore the relationship between radiofrequency and left atrial and left atrial appendage r...; 学位：医学硕士; 院系专业：医学院_影像医学与核医学; 学号：24520111153372
