| 英文摘要 | 目的：探讨Notch1/Delta-like4在肾移植受者外周血淋巴细胞中的表达及其与Th17的关系 方法：2012年1月-2013年12月在我院接受肾移植手术的患者，以术后早期(1个月内)发生急性排斥反应(AR)的患者20例为急性排斥组,同期术后出现急性肾小管坏死(ATN)12例为肾小管坏死组,同期术后顺利恢复、肾功能稳定的20例为肾功能稳定组。采用流式细胞术检测所有患者术前和手术后ld、3d、7d、14d以及急性排斥组和肾小管坏死组发病(发生排斥反应或肾小管坏死)时及相应治疗(抗排斥或血液透析等)后ld、3d、7d、14d的Notehl/Delta-like4的淋巴细胞阳性表达率及Th1...; Objective To study the changes in expression on peripheral lymphocytes and investigate the role of Thl7 cells in acute allograft rejection after renal transplantation.
