| 英文摘要 | 干眼是由于泪液的量或质或流体动力学异常引起的泪膜不稳定和(或)眼表损害，从而导致眼不适症状及视功能障碍的一类疾病，并常伴有非感染性眼表炎症；抗炎已成为干眼治疗的重要方法，然而目前临床可用的治疗干眼的抗炎药物有限，因此，探索和评价适宜的干眼抗炎药物具有重要的临床意义。多西环素是一种长效广谱半合成四环素类抗生素，其亚抗菌剂量还具有很强的抗炎作用，口服多西环素可有效治疗慢性睑缘炎、睑板腺功能障碍等眼表炎症疾病。与口服给药相比，眼局部给药是干眼等眼科疾病治疗中更理想的用药方式，可使药物直接在眼部发挥作用，并避免全身毒副反应，然而目前局部应用多西环素对干眼的治疗作用在国内外研究较少。 本文采用0.2%...; Dry eye is a multifactorial disease of the tears and ocular surface, accompanied by non-infectious inflammation of the ocular surface.
