英文摘要	目的探讨高龄活体供肾移植的可行性及其临床疗效 方法回顾性分析50例高龄（高龄组，年龄50≥岁）亲属活体供肾移植供、受者的临床资料，并与同期进行的35例低龄（低龄组，年龄0.05)。虽然两组血肌酐均明显高于术前(P0.05）；感染率分别为10.00%、8.57%(P>0.05)；高龄组发生一例移植肾延迟恢复（DGF）。术后一周、三个月、六个月、一年、三年及三年后的人/肾存活率：高龄组为100%/100%、100%/100%、100%/100%、98%/98%、96%/96%、96%/96%，低龄组为100%/100%、100%/100%、100%/100%、100%/100%、100%/98%...; Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and feasibility of the renal transplantation with elderly living kidney donors.
