英文摘要目的:探索建立一种理想的输尿管部分梗阻再通大鼠模型。 方法:成年健康雄性SD大鼠96只,接受以下处理:①6只作为对照组,行假手术;②30只行经典的左侧输尿管完全梗阻(UUO),术后随机选择6只分别于梗阻后1W、2W、3W、4W连续行彩超检查,测定其左侧积水肾盂的前后径(APD)、长径(L)、横径(T)、肾门处最大肾皮质厚度(RCT)以及左肾动脉的最大血流流速、阻力指数,余24只分别于UUO术后1W、2W、3W、4W随机选择6只,处死取左肾行病理检查;③30只行输尿管套管成角模型组(PUUO),检测指标及方法同上;④30只行套管成角3周后解除梗阻(RPUUO),检测指标及方法同上。 结果:①...; Purpose: Exploring to establish an ideal rat model of recanalization after ureteral obstruction.
