| 英文摘要 | 心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一，具有较高的发病率、致死率、致残率。每年因房颤住院的病人数超过心动过缓性心律失常及严重室性心律失常的两倍。以环肺静脉消融电隔离为基础的导管消融术，能够破坏房颤的触发和维持机制，已经被公认为有效的治疗措施。世界上一些重要的房颤研究中心，如Pappone、Ouyang与Kuck、Nademanee等对慢性房颤不同导管消融方法进行了不同的探索。但由于慢性房颤发病机制的多样性、复杂性，目前国际上尚无统一的消融术式。目前国内大多数中心针对慢性房颤采用联合消融策略，即在肺静脉隔离的基础上增加左心房内线性消融(包括顶部线、底部线、二尖瓣环与左肺静脉之间的峡部线)、上腔静脉...; Background: Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmia, Having a high incidence, mortality and morbidity.
