| 英文摘要 | 白花前胡为伞形科前胡属多年生草本植物，作为传统中药，具有宣散风热、止咳化痰的功效，常用于感冒、头痛、咳嗽、哮喘、胸闷的治疗。现代研究表明，其主要药理作用包括降低血压，抗心衰，抗心脑缺血，平喘，抗癌等。白花前胡的现代研究进展较快，仅香豆素类化合物就已分离鉴定出30多个，其中包括白花前胡甲素，白花前胡丙素，白花前胡乙素以及白花前胡丁素。 其中，白花前胡甲素的研究备受关注，主要因为该化合物在心血管疾病的治疗当中具有重要的作用。本文以白花前胡甲素为先导化合物，对白花前胡甲素衍生物进行了合成以及生物活性检测的研究。 1、顺式凯林内酯为白花前胡甲素衍生物合成的关键中间体。顺式凯林内酯的合成主要包括邪蒿...; Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn.
