英文摘要	目的：在记忆性器官移植模型中，同种反应性记忆性细胞对不同种属的二次移植的供体存在交叉反应性，本文研究了这种交叉反应性与小鼠种属特异性之间的关系。鉴于记忆性细胞在移植排斥中发挥的重要作用，根据其表型特点我们进一步研究了抗CD44单克隆抗体（anti-CD44mAb）对CD4+记忆性T细胞的抑制作用并探讨了其可能的作用机制。 方法：首先进行BALB/c到C57BL/6(B6)的皮肤移植，一个月后选用了与初次移植供体MHC分子不同程度错配的纯系小鼠作为二次移植的供体(包括BALB/c，DBA/2，NOD，C3H和B6)，通过二次移植后移植物生存期的长短，记忆性细胞的增殖程度和功能改变，以及在这个过...; Aim: In the memory transplant models, alloreactive memory T cells have cross-reactivity to the different species specificity of secondary transplant tissue donor.
