英文摘要	目的 检验Landesberg改良法制备富血小板血浆的效果。观察富血小板血浆对皮片移植的存活和生长的影响，探讨富血小板血浆在创面的修复和皮片存活中的作用。 方法 以12头3个月龄左右小型猪作为实验对象，雌雄不限，体重20-25Kg。将12头小型猪随机分成3组，每组4只，分别作为术后3d组、术后7d组和术后14d组。 实验前从猪的耳缘静脉中采血，分别用Landesberg法和Landesberg改良法制备富血小板血浆，用全血细胞分析仪分别测量收集到的富血小板血浆中血小板的含量，并与全血中血小板含量做统计学比较。筛选出Landesberg改良法制备富血小板血浆的最佳方式。向制得的富血小...; Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of improved Landesberg method in preparing platelet-rich plasma(PRP),observe the influence of PRP in skin surviving and growing after skin grafting,discuss the roles of PRP in wound reparing and skin surviving.
