英文摘要	目的 探讨顺铂对人前列腺癌PC-3细胞凋亡及相关蛋白Bcl-2、caspases-9、 caspases-3表达的影响。 方法 体外培养雄激素非依赖型人前列腺PC-3细胞；应用MTT比色法检测不同浓 度DDP干预对前列腺癌细胞生长增殖的影响；DAPI荧光染色检测不同浓度DDP 对前列腺癌细胞凋亡的影响，WesternBlot检测不同浓度DDP对前列腺癌细胞 内Bcl-2蛋白的表达；应用分光光度法检测不同浓度DDP对前列腺癌细胞内 caspases-9、caspases-3蛋白活性的影响。 结果 （1）：MTT结果显示，在相同作用时间，PC-3细胞随着DDP浓度增大，细胞 ...; Objective： Cisplatin induces the apoptosis of prostate cancer PC-3 cells and inhibits the expression of Bcl-2 caspases-9 and caspases-3.
