| 英文摘要 | 目的在体内外探讨熊胆是否能够抑制肝星状细胞的免疫抑制活性，增强免疫反应，特别是抗肿瘤免疫反应。以便为进一步研究熊胆与肝癌等慢性肝病的作用机制以及熊胆的临床应用提供一点理论参考。 方法1.通过Percoll密度梯度离心法从C57BL/6(B6;H2b)小鼠肝脏分离出肝星状细胞，加入熊胆水溶液处理3天后，用流式细胞仪检测肝星状细胞表面分子、T细胞凋亡、调节性T细胞和T细胞对肝癌等肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性，用Brdu细胞增殖检测试剂盒检测T细胞增殖，以及用蛋白芯片检测肝星状细胞分泌的细胞因子的表达情况。2.用熊胆水溶液给C57BL/6(B6;H2b)小鼠灌胃4周后，用结蛋白和α-平滑肌动蛋白免疫组化法检...; Aims To approach whether bear bile inhibits the immunosuppression activity of hepatic stellate cells and enhances immune response especial anti-tumor immune response in vivo and vitro.
