| 英文摘要 | 胃癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率占各种恶性肿瘤首位。TFF3是三叶因子家族的一员，在胃癌、肝癌等肿瘤中具有很高的表达，在消化道恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。实验室前期利用酵母双杂交技术研究发现，AKR1C1为TFF3在人胃癌文库中的候选结合蛋白之一。我们通过激光共聚焦技术验证了两者在细胞存在共定位现象，为后续实验进一步探讨AKR1C1与TFF3两者之间的关系奠定了空间基础。AKR1C1是醛酮还原酶超家族的一员，在乳腺癌、食管癌、结肠癌等恶性肿瘤中均有较高表达，它不仅能够催化醛或酮成为相应醇、降解外源性化学物质，还与肿瘤的耐药性具有密切关系；但是目前国内外尚未发现关于AK...; Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal malignancy and first cause of cancer death in worldwide.
