| 英文摘要 | UVB（UltravioletradiationB），是导致皮肤晒伤的根源，使用防晒剂是目前预防UVB损伤的重要手段。与化学、物理防晒剂相比，天然防晒剂具有许多优势。本文首先对天然防晒剂的特点及研发现况进行综述，并对高原特色植物镰形棘豆的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面进行概述，同时提出该植物应用于紫外线防御的潜在价值。研究内容主要包括以下方面： 1.镰形棘豆黄酮化合物的制备与分析方法建立 对药材中的黄酮类化合物进行提取富集，并对其中的鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-新橙皮糖苷RN进行含量测定方法建立。采用HPLC法，色谱柱：SymmetryC18柱（5µm，4.6mm×250mm）...; UVB is the important reason that induces skin sunburn.
