英文摘要	方法： 共收集80例可疑脑膜炎患者入院时CSF和血液标本，80例患者依据CSF改变及临床特征分为4组：结核性脑膜炎（n=14）；细菌性脑膜炎（n=16）；病毒性脑膜炎(n=30)；对照组（n=20）。通过ELISA检测所有患者CSF和血清IL-27、IFN-γ水平，通过semiRT-PCR检测所有患者血液IL-27EBI3、p28及IFN-γmRNA水平。 结果 结核性脑膜炎、细菌性脑膜炎、病毒性脑膜炎患者CSFIL-27水平明显高于对照组（均P; Methods We measured CSF and serum levels of IL-27 and IFN-γ in 80 patients suspected with meningitis by ELISA, we also detected IL-27 or IFN-γ mRNA expression by semi RT-PCR, All of patients were divided into four groups: tuberculous meningitis (n=14), bacterial meningitis (n=16), aseptic meningitis (n=30) and non-meningitis (n=20).
