英文摘要	目的：评价乳管灌洗液中脱落细胞DNA倍体分析及Ki-67表达对乳腺肿瘤早期诊断的价值，以提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率，并通过脱落细胞Ki-67的表达情况进一步评估乳腺癌的恶性程度。 方法：对乳头溢液的患者进行乳管镜检查，收集乳管灌洗液，共60例，分为乳管镜下非肿块组（I组）30例，乳管镜下肿块组（II组）30例。对其分别进行HE染色行细胞学检查，Feulgen染色行DNA倍体分析，采用配对资料的X2检验，并进一步行关联性分析，分析两者与术后病理的相关性，以确定其诊断价值；免疫细胞化学法测定灌洗液中脱落细胞Ki67的表达，采用Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验及组间比较，进行统计学分析，确定Ki6...; Object To evaluate the early diagnostic value of breast tumor by DNA ploid analysis of cast-cells and the expression of Ki-67 in duct lavage fluid.
