英文摘要	目的探索Docetaxel联合Survivin的小分子抑制剂YM155对雄激素去势抵抗型人前列腺癌PC-3细胞株的体外抗癌效应。 方法对雄激素去势抵抗型人前列腺癌PC-3细胞株设立单药Docetaxel组，单药YM155组，联合用药组Docetaxel+YM155及阴性对照组（DMSO），分别处理12h、24h及48h后，终止培养。应用MTS比色法检测各处理组在不同时间点的PC-3细胞生长增殖情况；DAPI荧光染色检测各处理组在不同时间点的细胞凋亡形态；流式细胞仪检测各组不同时间点的细胞凋亡程度；WesternBlot检测各组不同时间点的抗凋亡蛋白Survivin的表达情况。 结果MTS结...; Objective To examine the anti-proliferative effect of the combination of docetaxel and YM155, a small-molecule antagonist, applied to the representative human castrate-resistant prostate cancer cell line PC3 in vitro.
