| 英文摘要 | Rab/Ypt/Sec4家族是Ras超家族中重要的一类小分子GTP酶，在调控细胞内膜泡运输途径方面发挥重要的作用。Rab39是Rab家族中的新发现的蛋白，包含两个亚型：Rab39A和Rab39B，两者分别定位于11号染色体和X染色体上，CDS序列具有较高的相似性。关于Rab39的功能，目前还没有深入的研究报道。 为了制备抗Rab39A抗体用于研究，我们分析了Rab39A氨基酸序列，选取Rab39A免疫原性强和特异性高的羧基端42个氨基酸（176-217aa）作为目的片段。通过PCR扩增Rab39A羧基端的42个氨基酸的DNA编码序列，构建了pGEX-4T-1-Rab39C42质粒。诱导表达、...; Rab/Ypt/Sec4 proteins comprise the important small GTPase in Ras superfamily, which play an essential role in regulating the transport passway of intracellular membrane vesicle.
