英文摘要	成本和质量是各类产品开发过程中要考量的关键因素，而合理的技术应用与良好的质量管理是保证两者平衡关系的重要手段。因此，研究如何高效地开发出低成本、高质量的产品对提高企业的市场竞争力具有重要意义。 本文首先介绍光纤接入相关技术的原理及研发项目质量管理的相关知识基础。针对GPON(Gigabit-capablePassiveOpticalNetwork)ONU(OpticalNetworkUnit)低成本开发技术，设计接收端模块、发送端模块与BOSA(Bi-directionOpticalSubAssembly)模块电路，并对其匹配电路进行调试验证。接着针对采用PIN(PositiveIntrin...; Cost and quality are primal factors in product development.
