英文摘要激光二极管(laserdiode,LD)泵浦的被动调Q固体激光器输出的脉冲激光峰值功率高、脉冲序列短、重复频率高、光束质量高,而且体积小、寿命长、稳定性好,在激光点火、材料加工、激光医学等方面具有巨大的发展前景。本文首先介绍了高转换效率的LD泵浦的被动调Q固体激光器的研究背景和发展前景,接着概述了LD泵浦的被动调Q固体激光器的工作原理及组成部分,依次介绍了激光二极管、Cr4+:Y3Al5O12(Cr4+:YAG)晶体和Yb3+:Y3Al5O12(Yb3+:YAG)晶体。接着,总结和回顾了掺Yb3+离子材料作为激光增益物质的被动调Q激光器和Yb:Y3Al5O12强化Cr,Yb:Y3Al5O12自...; Laser-diode (LD) pumped passively Q-switched microchip solid-state lasers are miniature and compact lasers with high repetition rate, high peak power, short pulse width and superior beam quality, which can be widely used in laser ignition, materials processing, medical science and so on.
