| 英文摘要 | 电子商务是在Internet开放的网络环境下，基于C/S的应用方式实现消费者的网上购物、企业之间的网上交易和在线电子支付的一种新型的交易方式。近几年来中国的物流业在电子商务的兴起下得到了迅速发展，发展物流产业、建立稳定高效的物流系统已经成为中国经济的一大热点。物流配送作为电子商务的瓶颈之一，越来越明显地制约着电子商务的发展。在物流配送体系中，配送中心已逐渐成为现代物流的标志，并对整个物流配送体系的费用、效率和发展等产生影响。配送中心的地点一旦确定，长时间内不会更改。这就意味着如果配送中心地点确定得不合理，重新选择则要花费建造仓库等固定设施的庞大费用；而不重新选择又将长期使配送商品到各网点的运输...; E-Commerce is a new trend and fashion to trade based on opening Internet environment and C/S operation mode.
