| 英文摘要 | 摘要 船舶监控无论是对海事主管部门还是对各港航企业来说，都是十分重要的。目前对船舶的监控一般是利用雷达或VHF语音系统来进行，没有办法做到实时、快速。自动识别系统（AIS）是工作在甚高频（VHF）海上移动频段的自主、连续广播系统，在船舶之间、船舶与岸台之间交换船舶识别码、船位、航向及航速等信息。通过AIS获取到所需船舶的动态及静态信息，就可以对船舶进行全方位、实时的监控。 船舶实时监控系统是利用自动识别系统AIS、电子海图系统、数据库技术对所有装有AIS设备的船舶进行监控。监控中心通过串口接收AIS接收机传来的AIS数据电文，解析后一边送到AIS船舶数据库存储，一边直接送到电子海图平台...; ABSTRACT It is very important for either marine administration or port navigation enterprises to monitor the vessel.
