| 英文摘要 | 随着现代交通技术的发展，智能交通系统作为一个热门的研究领域，日益受到广泛的关注，而车牌识别系统是智能交通系统中的基础环节和重要组成部分。车牌识别系统主要包括车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别3个部分。本文主要针对车牌的字符分割和字符识别方法进行了深入的研究。 在获取车牌图像的过程中，由于光照不均、车牌褪色、图像分辨率等问题造成了车牌图像对比度低，给字符分割和识别带来困难。为此，本文根据车牌的颜色特点，结合灰度线性拉伸，提出了一种新的增强车牌图像对比度的方法。该方法通过提取彩色车牌图像Bule-Yellow颜色通道的信息，与原图的灰度图像进行差值运算，从而减少了背景信息，提高了图像的对比度。 另外...; With the development of modern traffic technology, the intelligent transportation system (ITS) is increasingly widespread concerned as a popular field of study.
