| 英文摘要 | 随着互联网的发展，3G时代的来临，多媒体技术的应用得到了飞速的发展，而相应的视频编解码标准和传输规范也相继得到研究和制定。H.264作为新一代的视频压缩标准，能在较低的带宽下传输高质量的图像，有着良好的网络适应性。而第三代合作伙伴计划3GPP也将H.264标准纳入其规范之中，以更好的支持视频业务。因此，研究H.264的压缩编码及其在网络上的传输是一项很有意义的工作。同时由于H.264编码的复杂性，实现实时的视频编码并在无线网络上进行传输也相当具有挑战性。本课题使用Pixelworks公司提供的以BSP-16DSP处理器为核心的BabelFishII开发平台，进行了H.264视频编码器和3GPP...; With the development of the Internet and arrival of the 3G，multimedia technology has developed rapidly, the video coding standards and transmission protocol have been widely researched.
