英文摘要	保险是社会发展的产物，是随着经济的发展而产生的，至今已有150多年的历史。保险精算是随着保险的产生而产生的。在很多国家，保险精算已经非常成熟，但始终都没有形成一个十全十美的保险精算模式。其主要原因是，保险精算本身就是一种风险模型，未来经济的发展对它有着至关重要的影响。在中国，养老保险精算正处于启蒙阶段，尤其是关于农村社会养老保险的精算方法几乎是空白。随着经济的发展，人口增长的压力，白发浪潮的冲击，“四二一”家庭模式的增多，传统的家庭养老保险模式已经不再适应时代发展的需要。根据十六大提出的在“有条件的地方”探索建立农村社会养老保险制度的精神，本文认为失地农民属于有条件参加农村社会养老保险的人群，...; Insurance is the result of the development of society and economy, which has its history of 150 years.
