英文摘要	专利撰写要求撰写者具有相当的专业知识和法律知识，而专利的发明者往往不具备这方面的知识。同时，专业的专利代理人员也经常会为了难以确切的理解专利的内容而造成写出的专利不够准确。有好的创新点却不能写出高质量的专利申请文件，直接导致了难以在后续的专利保护上起到应有的作用。或者是申请专利由于技术含量低却被驳回。这些情况在企业中尤其严重。本文首先对专利授权前景的评价理论做了概述，提出了专利授权前景评价的总体思路和体系结构。然后，在充分理解评价体系构成的基础上，构架了评价指标体系，分析了各指标的内含，提出了各指标的参考标准，接着对评价方法进行对比研究，确定评价方法，最后，提出建立反馈模型用于对评价结果的改进...; The patent drafting writers should have had considerable expertise and the knowledge of laws, which the patent inventors never learned.
