| 英文摘要 | 伴随着信息革命，网络新闻这一新型新闻发布形式席卷整个互联网。其便利性和及时性吸引了越来越多的人选择阅读网络新闻代替传统的纸质新闻。然而，新闻发布的速度之快，数量之多，带来了信息“过载”的问题，给网络新闻的发展带来了新的挑战。个性化新闻推荐，即通过数据挖掘和推荐系统的技术，为个体用户选择尽可能符合其偏好的新闻。个性化新闻推荐被认为是当前解决新闻信息“过载”的最有效途径之一。 传统的新闻推荐技术在系统扩展性、及时性及大数据量数据的处理上存在很多问题。本课题组在厦门市信息技术服务中心提供的厦门市政府官方网站平台上设计了新闻推荐系统，为用户提供个性化新闻推荐。在我们的推荐系统中，针对传统新闻推荐技术...; With the development of Internet, large amount of internet news, instead of traditional paper news, has been read these days because of its convenience and timeliness.
