| 英文摘要 | 智能建筑是以建筑为平台，兼备建筑设备、办公自动化及通信网络系统，集结构、系统、服务、管理及它们之间的最优化组合，向人们提供一个安全、高效、舒适、便利的建筑环境。 通过调研、搜集和分析国内外关于建筑智能化的资料，本文阐述了国外智能建筑的发展历程和国内智能建筑的现状。对建筑智能化的系统集成进行研究，介绍了系统集成的概念、目标、层次及相关技术。在厦门市某大楼的方案设计中，通过对各种技术的比较分析，结合工程特点及用户需求，确定方案的技术路线及设备选型，完善系统的详细设计，并已成功把该设计方案应用在该大楼的智能化系统建设。 在该方案的设计过程中，遇到了用户提出视频安防监控系统需要利用原有摄像头等设备...; Intelligent building is the building as a platform, and construction equipment, office automation and communication network system, optimization combination structure, system, service, management and between them, to provide people with a safe, efficient, comfortable, convenient building environment.
