| 英文摘要 | 近年来，越来越多的求职者、招聘者利用互联网之便寻找工作或发布招聘职位，方便了人们的生活，也提高找工作、招聘的效率。然而，随着Web2.0技术的出现，海量的职位信息、人才信息充斥着互联网，并迅速增长，形成了一个庞大的信息资源库，带来了信息过载问题。而传统的信息检索技术在搜索效率、搜索准确度、反馈互动上均存在不足，不能有效地解决这个问题。个性化推荐技术作为解决信息过载问题的有效工具应运而生，并且凭借其准确性与有效性在各个领域得到广泛的应用。其中，针对网络招聘领域的网络招聘推荐系统也成为推荐系统的一个重要分支，为求职者和招聘者的求职招聘过程带来便利。 本文以网络招聘推荐系统中的职位推荐系统为研究对...; In the recent years, job applicants look for jobs whereas recruiters release their recruiting information on the Internet.
