| 英文摘要 | 非线性系统普遍存在，不确定性是无法避免的，而时滞又是一般系统所具有。本文以非线性不确定时滞系统为研究对象，借助多项式平方和（SumofSquares,SOS）理论，直接使用非线性的控制方法，研究了非线性不确定时滞系统的静态输出反馈保性能控制问题、非脆弱保性能控制问题和保性能容错控制问题，将鲁棒控制问题转化为SOS优化问题。本论文的主要内容概括如下： 1）阐述了论文的选题背景和研究意义，并回顾了国内外关于非线性不确定时滞系统的研究现状。 2）介绍了SOS理论和几个重要引理，这些相关的基础知识为后面章节的结论证明提供了重要的依据。 3）针对非线性不确定时滞系统，探究了其静态输出反馈保性能控制...; Nonlinearity, uncertainty and time-delay are ubiquitous and inevitable in practical systems.
