| 英文摘要 | 随着信息技术的不断发展，云计算已经成为当前广泛应用的计算模式和学术界研究的热点。在云计算快速发展的同时，其规模不断扩大，所要处理的用户任务量也越大，因而怎样高效利用系统资源、提高整体性能，并保证用户服务等级协议，已经是云计算领域需要解决的重要问题之一。有效的负载均衡策略则是解决这个问题的一种重要措施。 本文针对云计算环境下负载均衡问题进行了深入的研究。 1.基于负载评价对负载均衡算法的重要性，提出使用群决策层次分析法对服务节点的负载状态进行评价。这其中，采用计算多人独立构造的判断矩阵对应元素的几何平均法，构造出群决策判断矩阵,从而降低人为构造判断矩阵所产生的主观性和片面性，使服务节点的负载...; With the development of information technology, Cloud Computing currently has become a prevalent computing mode and one of academic research hotspots, which has great impact on people's daily life and production.
