| 英文摘要 | 改革开放三十多年以来，我国政府在宏观经济领域的调控能力大大提高，已初步形成了以市场经济为主体的宏观调控机制。产业结构的不断升级、制度的逐步创新、改革的深入发展等原因，使得宏观经济系统的模型结构在不断发生着变化，加之数据量多，信息庞大等特性以及各种可能存在的不确定性因素，宏观经济系统本身建模的难度也大大增加，前人所建立的宏观经济模型已无法满足当今社会的经济发展需求。 本文在前人研究工作的基础上，将宏观经济系统模型在建模过程中参数摄动所带来的不确定性的影响考虑在内，从而建立了一个适合于当今社会经济发展情况的宏观经济系统不确定模型，进而运用鲁棒控制理论对其展开研究，以实现经济系统按照预期轨迹发展并...; Since three decades of reform and opening up, the regulatory capacity of our government has greatly improved in the macroeconomic field, and has initially formed a macro-control mechanism which mainly based on the market economy.
