| 英文摘要 | 随着无线通信技术和智能终端的飞速发展，移动数据通信需求呈现出爆炸性增长，这与蜂窝移动通信网络频谱资源的稀缺形成了日益突出的矛盾。另一方面，在蜂窝移动通信网络中，频谱资源的整体利用率不高，这是因为它采用的是静态的频谱牌照分配策略。作为解决上述矛盾的有力手段，认知蜂窝网能够根据需求动态地借用非蜂窝频段上的空闲频谱资源，以扩充蜂窝网容量并提高频谱资源的整体利用率。 本文从理论的视角考虑认知蜂窝网规划中的两个核心问题。一是蜂窝网流量需求的可预测性分析。由于认知蜂窝网的核心原理是“按需”投入频谱资源，因此预测流量需求对于频谱资源的调度与管理至关重要。实测数据表明蜂窝网的流量需求显示出随机性与规律性并存...; With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies and intelligent terminals, the demand for mobile data communication manifests an explosive growth.
