| 英文摘要 | “互联网+”自从2015年3月5日在政府工作报告中出现后便迅速成为国内媒体报道的热词，要让公众了解“互联网+”的具体内涵，作为概念传播中介的媒体的作用至为重要。本文研究媒体如何建构“互联网+”议题的客体及属性议程，并讨论可能原因与媒介的社会功能。 通过对15份最有影响力的报纸的内容分析，本研究发现，我国主流报纸对“互联网+”进行议题建构时，在客体议程上强调（1）政府在“互联网+”扮演引导者与先行者角色，（2）传统行业尤其是制造业的转型升级，（3）电子商务作为“互联网+”的实现工具带来全民“触电”。本质上将“互联网+”等同为政府主导的经济升级，表明媒体建构的拟态环境与现实环境之间相互联系又相互...; The concept of “Internet Plus” has become a hot topic of Chinese newspapers since it was brought up by the Report on the Work of the government in 2015.
