英文摘要	20世纪90年代以来，Web2.0的迅猛发展与日益普及使倡导“公民参与”精神的“公民新闻”理论（citizenjournalism）逐渐传入台湾，为长期不满于“乱象丛生”的台湾新闻业的一般民众提供了一种“反客为主”“拨乱反正”的学理基础与实践可能，台湾网络“公民新闻”平台由此日益兴起、发展。基于此，本研究以台湾网络“公民新闻”平台为研究对象，通过文献研究法、案例分析法等方式来还原台湾网络“公民新闻”平台的历史形成背景与现实发展图景。 本研究发现，目前台湾网络“公民新闻”平台已形成了以“PeoPo公民新闻”平台等为代表的专门性网络“公民新闻”媒体，以及以Facebook、PTT等为主的非专门性...; With the rapid development of the Web 2.0, the citizen journalism, which advocates the citizen participation spirit, has been gradually introduced to Taiwan since 1990s.
